At FSR we specialize in the repair of snowmobile and ATV frames with our custom built hydraulic 3 arm frame-rack. Front bulkhead hits can be pulled and tunnel twist and side impact damage can be repaired. Damage from snowcross racing can be repaired much faster than replacing a tunnel or other part. Many insurance companies would total a sled with any frame or tunnel damage. We can repair that damage and save the sled. Below are several shots of damaged sleds that were repaired by FSR.
2003 REV 800. Hit a another sled head on. Extensive damage all over. Some parts were replaced like the "nun" the bulkhead plate and suspension components. The tunnel and engine bay were repaired and straightened to factory specs and reinforced with parts from the race model. The customer never had any ride or handling issues, and was very happy to get it back.
2006 REV 600HO Renegade Hit 30" dia.tree dead center between the skiis. Dealer wrote the estimate at $8600 to fix it (replace enerything). The customer paid $8100 for the sled in the first place. He chose to get it fixed himself, the total repair was less than $3000. He still ownes the sled and is very happy he chose to get it fixed.
1999 Arctic Cat Z-440. Customer''s son hit a ditch and basically broke the front end off. Bulkhead was repaired, and new aluminum rails welded in. All repairs were within factory specs, and everything fit perfectly when done.

Yamaha V-MAX 600. Front hit to the TSS strut and frame. Strut was pushed back and out on an angle. This one took a lot of pulling with two towers pulling in two directions at once. Those old Yamaha front ends are tough!
1995 Ski Doo 380s Touring model, not too much damage to fix, but this is what happens when you let your friends borrow your sled!
